General terms<\/h2>\n<p>1.1 The Eesti Pank commemorative coin online shop (eestipank.100kingitust.ee) sells numismatic products \u2013 commemorative coins, coin sets and related printed materials.<\/p>\n<p>1.2 The online shop is operated by 100kingitust O\u00dc (registry code 12036279, P\u00e4rnu mnt 146, 11317 Tallinn, Estonia), hereinafter the <em>Seller<\/em>. Purchases from the online shop are subject to these terms and conditions, the shop&#8217;s price list, and the rights and obligations arising from the laws of the Republic of Estonia.<\/p>\n<p>1.3 The Seller has the right to change the terms and conditions and prices. Changes are published on the shop&#8217;s website and take effect upon publication. Orders are subject to the terms in force at the time the order is placed.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Ordering products<\/h2>\n<p>2.1 The customer selects the desired products, sets the quantity and chooses the payment and delivery method. Before placing the order, the customer can review and amend it. The order is considered placed after payment is confirmed. An order confirmation is sent to the customer&#8217;s e-mail address after payment is received.<\/p>\n<p>2.2 The sales contract enters into force once the amount due has been received in the Seller&#8217;s bank account.<\/p>\n<p>2.3 Orders can be placed in Estonian and English.<\/p>\n<p>2.4 Product prices are in euros. Circulation coins (including 2-euro commemorative coins and their coin rolls) are exempt from VAT as legal tender; commemorative coins, coin cards, folders and other products are subject to 24% VAT.<\/p>\n<p>2.5 If an ordered product cannot be delivered (for example because it is out of stock or for another reason), the Seller notifies the customer as soon as possible and refunds the amount paid (including the delivery fee) usually within 1\u20132 business days. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 7 business days to arrive.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Delivery of products<\/h2>\n<p>3.1 As these are valuable shipments, an order containing numismatic products is delivered as a valuable shipment, and an insurance fee (1% within Estonia, 10% internationally) of the cart total is added to the order. In addition, a handling fee of \u20ac0.63 + VAT (\u20ac0.78 in total) per coin roll is added for coin rolls.<\/p>\n<p>3.2 Delivery methods and fees within Estonia:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Parcel machine (Omniva, SmartPOST or DPD) \u2013 \u20ac3.49. The customer selects a suitable parcel machine in the order form. Products usually arrive at the parcel machine within 2\u20134 business days of order confirmation.<\/li>\n<li>Courier service \u2013 \u20ac8.90.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.3 International delivery:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>International post \u2013 from \u20ac14.90 (final price depends on shipment weight).<\/li>\n<li>International courier service \u2013 from \u20ac34.90 (final price depends on shipment weight).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>3.3.1 The Seller does not ship orders to the following countries: Belarus, Bolivia, China, Lebanon, Malawi, Myanmar (Burma), Panama, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Uruguay and Vietnam.<\/p>\n<p>3.4 The delivery cost is borne by the customer and the relevant price information is displayed when the order is placed. Within Estonia, shipments usually reach their destination within 2\u20135 business days, within the European Union within up to 10 business days, and elsewhere in the world within 7\u201321 business days of the sales contract entering into force. In exceptional cases, the Seller has the right to deliver the product within up to 30 calendar days, notifying the customer accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>3.5 When the order arrives at the parcel machine, the customer receives a notification with the location and door code. The order is kept in the parcel machine for 7 calendar days. If the customer has not collected the shipment within this time, it is returned to the Seller and the Seller contacts the customer.<\/p>\n<p>3.6 The product must reach the customer intact and in sealed packaging. The Seller must be notified immediately of any product damaged in transit at info@100kingitust.ee.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Withdrawal from the order<\/h2>\n<p>4.1 The customer has the right to withdraw from the order within 14 calendar days of receiving the product by submitting a withdrawal notice to info@100kingitust.ee. The notice must state the order number, the customer&#8217;s first and last name, the bank account number and the account holder&#8217;s name. The customer may also submit the notice using the <a href=\"https:\/\/eestipank.100kingitust.ee\/en\/withdrawal\/\">withdrawal form<\/a> on our website.<\/p>\n<p>4.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal person.<\/p>\n<p>4.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods \u2013 in the same way as testing the goods would be permitted in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for another purpose or show signs of use or wear, the Seller has the right to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods, up to the product&#8217;s sale price.<\/p>\n<p>4.4 In the event of withdrawal, the customer returns the products within 14 calendar days of submitting the withdrawal notice. The return address is agreed in the reply to the withdrawal notice.<\/p>\n<p>4.5 The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, except where the reason for return is that the goods do not correspond to what was ordered (for example, an incorrect or defective product).<\/p>\n<p>4.6 The Seller refunds the amount paid for the products and the delivery fee (up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered) within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned products. In the case of a partial return, the delivery fee is not refunded. The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or the customer has provided proof of returning the goods, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n<p>4.7 The Seller has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and request the return of the goods if the product&#8217;s price was marked in the online shop significantly below the product&#8217;s normal market price due to an error.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Filing a claim<\/h2>\n<p>5.1 The Seller is liable for any non-conformity or defect of the product sold to the customer that existed at the time the product was handed over and that becomes evident within two years of the product being handed over to the customer. A defect that becomes evident within the first year of the product being handed over is presumed to have existed at the time of handover; rebutting this presumption is the Seller&#8217;s obligation.<\/p>\n<p>5.2 Upon the occurrence of a defect, the customer has the right to contact the Seller no later than within two months of discovering the defect, by sending a notice to info@100kingitust.ee.<\/p>\n<p>5.3 The Seller is not liable for defects that have arisen after the product was handed over due to the customer&#8217;s action or inaction (including improper use, storage or an accident), nor for normal wear and tear resulting from the ordinary use of the product.<\/p>\n<p>5.4 If a product purchased from the online shop has a defect for which the Seller is liable, the Seller repairs or replaces the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Seller refunds the customer all fees incurred under the sales contract.<\/p>\n<p>5.5 The Seller responds to a complaint submitted by the customer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Customer obligations<\/h2>\n<p>6.1 When placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide correct data (first and last name, contact phone, e-mail address and, where necessary, delivery details). The Seller is not liable for failure to fulfil an order caused by inaccurate data provided by the customer.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Dispute resolution<\/h2>\n<p>7.1 Disputes between the Seller and the customer are resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the customer has the right to turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, Tallinn, <a href=\"https:\/\/ttja.ee\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ttja.ee<\/a>) or to the European Union&#8217;s online dispute resolution platform (<a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/odr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ec.europa.eu\/odr<\/a>).<\/p>\n<h2>8. Processing of personal data<\/h2>\n<p>8.1 The Seller processes the customer&#8217;s personal data in accordance with the <a href=\"https:\/\/eestipank.100kingitust.ee\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">privacy policy<\/a> and uses it only to fulfil the order and to comply with statutory obligations.<\/p>\n<h2>9.
